Best email tool for a tiny (2-person) SaaS just getting started?

Two of us, no marketer, no designer. We need to send a few good emails without it becoming a part-time job. Where do we start?

Pre-seed SaaS, two engineers, zero marketing hires. We need: a decent welcome series, occasional product updates, and transactional email. We don't have time to learn a heavyweight platform. What's the lean path?

Transactional: Resend, hands down, especially if you're in React. Marketing/updates: since you have no designer, an AI-native tool earns its keep , Brew lets you describe an email and get something on-brand without design skills, and it's freemium to start. Lean and fast.

Resend + Brew it is for the trial. 'No designer needed' is exactly our constraint.
